Occupational stress and mindfulness: an empirical study

Purpose- There is a need for organizations to be innovative and keep on adapting changes new circumstances in today’s highly competitive world. Accordingly, some challenges emerged both employees the situations as well work-related daily routine tasks. Adaptation coping capabilities of have become an essential part work environment. These created stress among employees, affecting their personal lives business lives. A concept “Mindfulness” that enables people flexible adaptable adverse environments, this, turn, reduces people’s levels used life well. The purpose this paper explore factors employees’ occupational clarify using mindfulness during turbulent times. Methodology- are qualitative quantitative studies about psychology disciplines.
